What could be more fun than spending the day shopping with friends? Actually, don’t answer that. We all know that shopping is super fun, especially during sales time, much cheaper than a therapist and way more exciting when you have to deal with selected vintage clothes by Lav Unused and Virginia’s Tzioti unique handmade jewellery, both of which you can find at Elevensouls Pop Up store, 3, Karitsi Square downtown Athens. So, yes! Friendship is all about closeness, mutual trust and sharing good times. However, life sometimes has a twisted way to challenge this bond and make it even stronger! My friend Athina is leaving for Dubai to work as a graphic designer for the “Time Out” magazine. I will definitely miss her, ‘cause she has always been my partner in crime! To make matters worse, my friends Ria & Kostas are going to London for a fresh start. So, the best way to celebrate the beginning of this new exciting era of their life was with a big goodbye party! “The Bank Job” seemed like the perfect place to give them a big hug, drink and wish them luck! The past four days were definitely the best way to welcome the new year, since I got to spend them in the snowy countryside with my friend Dimitris. Enjoying long walks in the snow, playing and skiing on the mountain slopes, and simply taking in the fascinating white landscape made me realise how much I miss nature. Luckily, my new Moncler coat that Santa brought me for Christmas turned out to be both the warmest and wisest choice. However, I can’t say the same about my white leather All Star sneakers which may have seemed whiter on the snow, but left my toes get freezing cold!! And all that is just a glimpse of what happened.
